This policy explains what happens to information collected through this website and the sale of our digital products. It applies to debtpayoffsystem.pages.dev and the products sold from it.
Who we are
These products are published by TR Press, a trading name of TR Imports Comércio de Produtos Ltda, Av. Washington Luís, 899 — Vila Marieta, Campinas, SP 13041-005, Brazil. You can reach us at thiago.rodriguess@outlook.com.
What we collect
- Order information. When you buy, our payment processor collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details. We receive your name and email and a record of what you bought. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage information. Pages visited, referring site, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type.
- Anything you send us. If you email support, we keep that correspondence so we can answer it.
How we use it
- To deliver the files you paid for and to provide support
- To process refunds and keep records required for accounting and tax
- To measure how well our advertising works, in aggregate
- To send you email about the products you bought, and — only if you opt in — occasional email about new products. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.
Who we share it with
- Payhip — checkout, payment handling and file delivery.
- PayPal and, where used, Stripe — payment processing.
- Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of this website.
- Meta Platforms — advertising measurement, as described below.
Each of these processes data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses the Meta pixel, which sets cookies and reports back to Meta when someone views a page or completes a purchase. We use it to measure whether our advertising is working and to show ads to people who visited the site. It does not tell us who you are individually.
You can opt out of interest-based advertising in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking them does not stop you from buying or downloading anything.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Support email is kept for two years. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the retention periods set by Meta and Cloudflare.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to withdraw consent. Email thiago.rodriguess@outlook.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to keep order records even after a deletion request, where the law requires it.
Children
These products are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
International transfers
We operate from Brazil and our service providers operate in the United States and Europe, so information you give us may be processed outside the country where you live.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
