Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply when you buy a digital product from debtpayoffsystem.pages.dev, published by TR Press, a trading name of TR Imports Comércio de Produtos Ltda, Av. Washington Luís, 899 — Vila Marieta, Campinas, SP 13041-005, Brazil. Buying a product means you accept them.

This is not financial advice. Every product sold here is an educational planning tool. Nothing in them is financial, legal, tax, investment or credit-counseling advice; nothing is tailored to your circumstances; and no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. The letter and script templates are general starting points, not documents drafted for your situation, and rules differ by state and by creditor. If a debt is in dispute, in collections, or heading to court, speak to a licensed attorney or a nonprofit credit counselor.

What you are buying

A digital download — one or more PDF and spreadsheet files. Nothing is shipped. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Files are delivered on the confirmation page and by email immediately after payment.

Refunds

Thirty days, no questions asked. Email thiago.rodriguess@outlook.com from the address you used to buy, within 30 days of purchase, and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason, and you keep the files — chasing PDFs is not a business we want to be in.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Your licence

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files you bought. You may:

Print as many copies as you want, for yourself and your household
Reprint any page as often as you like, forever
Fill them in digitally on your own devices

You may not:

Resell, share, upload or redistribute the files, in whole or in part
Sell printed copies, or include them in a bundle or membership
Claim authorship, or use the content in a product of your own

Delivery problems

If your files do not arrive, check your spam folder first, then email us and we will send them directly. We will not leave you without what you paid for.

Prices and availability

All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. A change never affects an order already placed. Any tax that applies in your country is handled by our payment processor at checkout.

Liability

The products are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, TR Press is not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make using them, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid. This does not limit any right you have that cannot be excluded by law.
