A 90-day guided workbook

Stop guessing. Start with a number and a date.

Most debt advice hands you a tip. This hands you a system: 45 printable pages that walk you from “I don’t actually know what I owe” to a written payoff order, a monthly attack payment, and twelve weekly check-ins that keep it moving.

  • Every balance, rate and minimum on one page — by the end of day 1
  • Avalanche or snowball, decided once, then locked
  • 40 cuts, 4 bill-lowering calls, and word-for-word scripts
  • A free spreadsheet that does the math and gives you a payoff month

Why plans fail in week three

You can’t pay off what you haven’t measured.

Nearly everyone starts in the middle. They pick a method they read about, throw whatever is left at whichever bill feels loudest, and lose track by the third week — because nothing was written down, so there is nothing to be behind on.

This workbook spends its first seven days on measurement, its second week on one decision, and the remaining eleven weeks on repetition. That order is the whole trick. It is not motivational. It is a clipboard.

The rule the whole system runs on: your total monthly outflow never drops. Every debt gets its minimum, everything left over goes to exactly one debt, and when that one hits zero its entire payment rolls onto the next. Nothing else changes.

How it runs

Three phases, ninety days

Phase 1 · Days 1–7

The Truth

  • Debt inventory — balance, APR, minimum, due day
  • Interest audit — what one day actually costs
  • Money map — income, fixed bills, real spending
  • Your survival number
Phase 2 · Days 8–14

The Plan

  • Avalanche vs snowball, decided honestly
  • Payoff order locked in
  • 40 cuts, 4 calls, scripts, and a sell list
  • A contract you sign and date
Phase 3 · Days 15–90

The Grind

  • 12 weekly check-ins, five minutes each
  • 3 monthly reviews and a payment log
  • Debt thermometers and the 90-day grid
  • Day 91 — recount, then run it again

The payoff calculator

A spreadsheet (Excel and Google Sheets) that models the exact rollover rule the workbook teaches. Type in up to six debts and your extra payment, and it gives you a payoff month.

Results example — $21,700 across four debts, $250 extra per month

Total interest$3,755

Honest fit

This is for you if…

  • You do not currently know your total, to the dollar
  • You have started before and stopped, more than once
  • You would rather write on paper than open another app
  • You want a method you can run again on day 91

This is not for you if…

  • You want someone to negotiate or consolidate on your behalf
  • You are looking for a loan, a credit repair service, or legal help
  • You want an app that syncs to your bank — this is print-and-pen
  • You want a promise about a specific result. There isn’t one here

Questions

What exactly do I get, and how?

A 45-page PDF workbook and an .xlsx payoff calculator, delivered on the confirmation page and by email the moment you pay. Nothing ships. You keep both files and can reprint any page as often as you want.

Do I need a printer?

It is designed to be printed on US Letter, single-sided, and black and white is fine. You can also fill it in on a tablet with any PDF annotation app — but the workbook argues, seriously, that writing the numbers by hand is part of what makes them real.

Is this financial advice?

No. It is an educational planning workbook. It does not know your situation, it does not recommend products, and it does not promise any result. If your debt is in collections, in dispute, or heading to court, speak to a licensed attorney or a nonprofit credit counselor.

Will it tell me to cut out coffee?

There is a coffee line on the 40-cuts page, and there is also a whole section arguing that cutting has a floor and income does not. The four bill-lowering calls in Phase 2 usually move more money in ninety minutes than a month of small sacrifices.

What if I already use a budgeting app?

Keep it. The app tracks what already happened; this decides what happens next — the order, the attack payment, and the weekly review. They do different jobs.

Does the calculator work in Google Sheets?

Yes. Upload the .xlsx to Google Drive and open it with Sheets; the formulas carry over. It also opens in Excel, Numbers and LibreOffice.

What is your refund policy?

Thirty days, no questions. Email the address on the receipt and you get your money back. You keep the files — chasing PDFs is not a business we want to be in.

Not today?

Start with the free two pages.

The Debt Inventory: every debt on one page, and one line of arithmetic that tells you what a single day of interest costs you. That is the hard part, and it is free. No plan, no pitch — just the numbers.

One page from now

Ninety days from today is a date on a calendar.

You will arrive at it either way. The only question is whether you get there with a written total, a chosen method, and twelve check-ins behind you — or with the same guess you have now.
